We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The product value must be £10 or more.

  • Your customer account must have a return rate below 5% to qualify for certain returns (per supplier policy).


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Orders that were delivered over 14 days ago

  • Items under £10 in value

  • Items returned without initiating a return request

How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.


Exchanges

Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return your current item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at info@ladydrop.co.uk if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you if the refund is approved

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

📌 Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
